Li Yuxiao is a lawyer specialized in cross-border corporate legal services. Ms. Li graduated from Pennsylvania State University where she obtained her master's degree in law. During her time in Penn State Law, Ms. Li was invited to attend the "Seminar on the Future Development of the European Union" held at Harvard University and the "Conference on the Future Development of International Commercial Arbitration" held at the University of Pennsylvania. As has been educated in both civil law and common law legal systems, Ms. Li uses this benefit to devote herself to handle legal issues in the course of cross-border investment, domestic and foreign corporate governance, international dispute settlement and she strives to serve more enterprises with professional ability and dedicated working attitude.

Ms. Li provides legal services for both domestic and foreign corporations. In the aspect of dispute resolution, Ms. Li Yuxiao focus on corporate and commercial dispute settlement and providing legal advise based on the law of People’s Republic of China. In the field of non-litigation business, Ms. Li engages in corporate governance, cross-border investment.
