Ma Ling , a lawyer, specialized in Foreign Direct Investment, International Trade and M&A. Before joining in Tahota, Ms.Ma has many years working experience in international trade area, which enable her to provide her clients with more professional legal service in dealing with international trading issues.

In addition to continuing to provide legal consulting services for the companies in the field of international trade, Ms.Ma also acts as Chinese counsel for well-know educational institutions, such as Cogdel Education Group and Bojun Education Group, and has participated in a number of M & A project in the field of education.
