Recently, Eva Precision Industrial (Weihai) Limited acquired FUJIFILM Business Equipment Shanghai Corp. (hereinafter referred to as “Fujifilm (Shanghai)”), a subsidiary of FUJIFILM Business Innovation Corp. Two parties has successfully signed the equity transfer contract.
